
Season 1907 - 08
Season started well for Arniston with a win in the East of Scotland Junior Cup, 1 - 0 over Loanhead Mayflower and a 2 - 1 win in the Scottish Junior Cup over Wallyford Violet played at Mall Park, Musselburgh. Arniston continued to play well, and more wins followed, a 6 - 1 win in the East of Scotland Cup over Granton Oakvale, a 2 - 1 win in the Scottish Junior Cup over Dalkeith Thistle and a 1 - 0 win in the Musselburgh Cup over Newtongrange Star.
Season ended well for Arniston winning the Dalmeny Cup, beating Dalkeith Thistle 2 - 0 in the Final at Newtongrange. Arniston also won the Simpson Shield beating Bonnyrigg Rose 3 - 2 in the Final, again at Victoria Park, Newtongrange, after being 2 - 1 down at half-time.
